The gameplay (what there is of it)is top-notch, unfortunatly, every step you take your bogged down by cutscenes and codec transmissions. Now I don't mind a game with a lot of storyline as long as the story is good, but, MGS2 has one of the WORST storylines ever concieved in the history of mankind.(the Japanese seem to think that the more ludicrous plot-twists they can cram into a story the better it is.) I could have forgiven the bad storyline if there wasn't so much of it, but, I swear, probably 60% of this game is cutscenes.
Bottom line, great gameplay, TOO much cutscenes.(Oh, and Raiden sux)
