Dissapointing sequel to the great Sid Meier legacy games of Civ 1 and 2. Rushed release imo, lotsa jerky GUI movement, long turns near end of game, CORRUPTION annoyace, surprisingly uninspring gameplay compared to Civ 2 ...
Though the added culture options (taken from smac) do add to Civ3, and the AI is generally the best of the recent 4x games (very challenging), the game still leaves me with a dry "mots" impression.
