this is probably the best music game i have ever played. sure it's not as involving as 'dance dance', but the music is SCORES better. there was only one song throughout the course of the game that i didn't like. i usually get frustrated with music games because i always think i'm pushing the right buttons when the game says i'm not. well with gitaroo man it didn't matter. if i did badly, that meant i got to hear the song again! my only gripe with the game (and what's keeping it from me giving it a 10) is that it is short. i had beaten it on the normal mode within 90 minutes of booting it up. after finishing it though, you do get to play it through again at a much harder level. another thing that adds replay to the game is that it gives you a grade after every level (try to get all a's!) and you randomly get collection bits. you can then go to the collection menu, select an icon, and the main bad guy will tell you about that character. sweet!
