The game looks very good on the GBA, expressing some of the 32-bit graphics we expect to see...probably comparative to a PSX game from the mid 1990s. The impressive graphics set you up for the game-not a very deep storyline, but I think people get the idea of it. The game itself is fairly short, but is challenging--remember the old days when you got killed in one hit? Well, it's almost as hard here, since your ship will die generally easily. The camera seems to be the game's biggest problem, obstructing the view of the ships ahead to come...i would have liked a top-down or corner view for this game. The game doesn't provide anything else otherwise, however. A 2-player shootout for points would have more of an effect on replay value. Still, if you like the classics, this game mixes classic in with a little modern elements.
