Now I love mechs, but I have not really fallowed along the Armored Core seriese unfortunetly. I heard everyone make a big deal about this game so I looked into it. The mechs themselves are VERY detailed and well made in the game, all having a nice glossy, well edged look, movind fluidly with amazing detail. Every little bid moves flawlessly along the game play. The different weapons and parts fit nicely with each mech and move perfectly in battle. The controls are a little difficlt to get used to if you are not used to the control system, but the controls in gameplay never falter, the mechs move right when you want them too. There are lots of weapons and parts to chose from, each having their own ups and downs so no one weapon is bette then anouther over all, each has pro's and Con's. The problem lies in that the mechs are so detailed that the levels themselves are not very detailed and rather bland looking. The game play gets rather difficult at times, but that is usualy solved by getting more equipment. The missions get a little boring after awhile, but the difficulty keeps you working hard at your goals. A good game if you like mechs, and the graphics wont disappoint you.
