Do you remember the 80's? Well if you are 13 years old, of corse you dont! But for the rest of us who are a little older, you will remember that Nintendo and Sega where not the first contenders in the consol wars, it was Atari and Intellivision. This game takes you back to the days when Intellivision attempted to break the hold Atari had on the youth of America who wanted to play their games at home. The game takes you to a average 80's pizza place filled with arcade cabinates. Each cabinate reperesents a gener (Sci-fi, action, sports, arcade, kid, ect.). Its here where you pick what game out of the over 60 you want to play. The games are on a higher graphic and music level then those of the Atari, and if you beat certin games with a high score, you can unlock actual commercials proving this fact. There are other things to unlock, like games never before released ever for the Intillivision. There are a couple of problems though. For one, more then half of the games require that you use two PS2 controlers... no, not two playstation controlers. This game only reads PS2 controlers, so counterfit controlers wont work for this game. Anouther problem is not with the game it's self but the Intellivision games. The old Intellivision games did not have regular controlers, they where keyboards with a disk on the bottom. They did a very good job of converting the controls, some of the games still require a lot of confusing switching between the key and the controller. Anouther problem is that they did not fix the unresponsive controls from the original games. Sometimes your character wont go in a direction you tell him to just because the original games had this same flaw. Still, if you enjoy old fashioned games and have two PS2 controlers and got 20 bucks, this game is just right for you. For everyone else, it is still worth 20 bucks for over 60 rather good games.
