I was waiting for this game almost as soon as I finished the first.  When the PS2 came out I got it almost exclusively for this game.  When I was able to finally pre-order it I did.  I waited and waited and waited some more.  When the demo was released with Zone of the Enders I refused to play it because I wanted more than just a taste.  When it was finally released I made it a point to ask for a personal day at work and boy was I not disappointed.  It be fair to say that this game had me at hello, but man o man you just cant argue with success.  The gameplay is as smooth as its gonna get.  They added some new moves that really made sense.  The graphics were amazing some of the best I have ever seen...come on were actually seeing SNAKE in 3D, I still can believe it.  The story was classic MGS it takes you up and down like a rollercoaster without going in to too much detail for those who havent played the game yet.  Now one thing I will share and Im doing this for those who truly are fans of the game and I would hate for you to be disappointed after spending the 50 bucks on the game.  So here it goes, unfortunately you dont get to play with SNAKE the whole game, as a matter of fact you only play with SNAKE about half of the entire game.  I was a little bitter about this at first but now looking back at retrospect I feel that it might have been the right thing to do.  It was totally unexpected and thats why we play games as story driven as these for the hidden suprises and twist and turns in the actual storyline.  The bosses are as articulate as the first, get this game if you havent already, its a must have.  As a matter of fact Im already playing it for the third the time as we speak.  Get it, get it now!
