I will preface this by saying that I was am and believe will always be a big Madden fan.
This is the best football game ever point blank end of discussion. Every part of this game has been improved over last year. The blockers are even smarter than last year. I like that the com can actually run the ball, and they run better in the fourth when they have been running all game. The Com plays "O" very well, if you just pick 1 or 2 defensive plays then you'll get beat and get beat bad, so you have to keep'em guessing. If you hit or just hurry the QB he is more apt to throw a pick (that goes for you also). To hurry the QB, D-line moves like spin, and swim work like a charm. You can and should use the mini camps to hone your skills and not just your D line skills but all your skills. They will help with timing and touch when Passing, and to get you timing down when swatting a ball or going for the pick.
The only thing that I am a little disappointed with is the on line environment. My beef is no voice chat and it is a little dull looking. The game play is great. I would say keep away from people with High Disconnect rates because one of 2 things happen.1 there connection sucks and will lag on and off throughout the game. 2 they will quit/disconnect themselves when losing. You can still finish the game to get your win and give them a loss but your not playing on line to play the COM.
I know I was all over the place in this review but hey thats the way it goes.
