this game shows off the power of the ps2. the car and track graphics are like whoa. lighting, fog, and dirt effects are wonderful additions too.
i gave this game an 8 becuase of 2 things. 1) the lack of used cars, this made me mad that i had to earn so much money for a car. 2) it just didnt keep me focused as long as gt or gt2 becuase of the need to do so many worthless races just to buy a frekin car.
buy this to own one of the best racers on a next gen system, but if you want a more rounded out game, get gt2.
