Pros: Really fun.  I love just driving around and blowing up stuff to kill time.  The sniping part of this game is actucally better than the whole game, Silent Scope. 
 
Cons: The graphics aren't perfect, but I don't really care about that.  Think of the capabilities if only it was multiplayer.
