When it comes to stragegy games, the "Sim City" franchise is one of the best there are around.  Period.  Buy this game, you won't regret.  It's funny, realistic, easy and yet challenging.  The controls are practically intuitive and the graphics are awesome (something not easy to find on a strategy game).
