Star Fox Adventures is an above average adventure game with excellent graphics, control, gameplay and sound. Why would a game with these qualities only rate as above average?
There are two major drawbacks to this game. First of all, the game is very slow at the start. It isn't a game where the action or story grabs you off the bat.
The second major problem is the repetitive nature of some of the gameplay. Without giving away spoiler information, lets just say that there are certain tasks that seem to reoccur countless times.
This game has been referred to as "Zelda-like." Maybe its just me, but I do not see it at all (other than the control).
