Absolutely great game. I too was disappointed with the fact that the XBox version didnt' look any better than the PS2, but it still looks great. The franchise mode is one of the most well-done systems done. Creating your own players and negotiating contracts is easily one of best parts of the game. Just sim all of the games during the year and work on building a powerhouse team in the off-season. I only have one major gripe: where is the "Hall of Fame"? I'd love to see how my created players and draft picks compare to the NFL's all time greats. It would actually add even MORE replay value to an already great game.
