This is it! This is the must have, Must own, Must rent for The PSX2. The game is quite simply put The Best Game Released on the PSX2. WHY DO YOU ASK. It is truly the first of it's kind to truly intergrate free roaming & free willed play. That means you can go where you want, when you want & do what you want. It is a game based in unreal areas of made up world. What makes this game push buttons for me is that you are for the first time playing as a bad guy. Your objective is to secure ties with the Mafia, & other racially motivated gangs. You can of course roam the city by foot, car or boat. Now here is where the games greatest ability lies. You see a car you want walk up to it open it & get in. If you see someone driving a car you like, walk up & car jack them. You can blaze different radio stations ranging from talk, rap to rock. What else do you want to do, start fights, it's there, wanna pick up hookers, get some bad wheels blow the horn & watch them flock to you like a magnet. The games graphics are a bit weak but thats due to all the content of a living, breathing realistic city. I really can't explain the experience in words. The best thing I can tell you to do is go out & by it. On a scale of 1-10, this game is a 10. Purely for Innovation & unique features not yet realized in any game on a console.
