First off, this game cannot hold a candle to Goldeneye so don't even mention it. With that said, this is a good game if you own a Playstation 2.
The gameplay in Agent Under Fire is very fun but can get repetitive fast after you have already beaten the game. The missions are short for the most part and most people should be able to beat the majority of them on the first try if you are only playing on operative. The fact that there is no multiplayer is sorely apparent because after you beat the game you will be wondering why one was not included.
The graphics in Agent Under Fire look great for the Playstation 2. There are a few clipping problems whenever you have multiple enemies around you and when you are driving in the car missions with lots of cars around. The sound in Agent Under Fire is great, however. The weapons sound somewhat authentic and the gameplay sounds such as picking up a weapon or body armor are great.
