Do I have a favorite racing game? Yes I do. And its name is, suprisingly, Rallisport Challenge for the Xbox.
I actually would have given this game a 9.5, but there was no option so..10 it is. The lack of the final .5 being for lack of setup options. Other than that this game plays beatifully and looks the part too.

(lots of track options but few setups...lots of replay due to the steep climb of the difficulty during the game)
