Tales of the Sword Coast, the expansion pack to the critically acclaimed Baldur's Gate.
For the most part, TotSC is pretty much the exact same as BG except it allows for a bit stronger characters, adds many new spells and items, and adds 3 quests, one of which is Durlag's Tower, the biggest and most challenging dungeon in the game.
If you like Baldur's Gate, and are itching for some more playing, pick up TotSC now. But, if you hated BG (which is rather rare anyway), then don't pay attention to TotSC since it's the same in essence.
