I picked this game up thining it'd be better than MKA. (That's Mortal Kombat Advanced, for all you people who didn't get their mind numbed playing it.) Well, I WAS right... but not by much. It has some great graphics, some pretty good gameplay, and some HORRIBLE sound. It's also really easy. I found no challenge in button mashing (then again, I usually never do) A and B until the cows came home. For a GBA game, it's ok, but not that great. Not terribly innovative, not very challenging, and it doesn't even have a high replay value (very odd for a fighting game, me myself being a vet of the genre).
Overall: If you are near a place where you can rent GBA games, then this is a rent-if-you're-going-out-somewhere-for-a-weekend-and-have-nothing-but-your-GBA-to-entertain-yourself-with game. Rent, maybe. Buy, definately not. 61/100
