This game is not as good as for I hoped for it to be. It has a good concept but has many flaws. Which made it not enjoyable to play. I was very disappointed. The gameplay is average just because of all the flaws. One thing when you destroy a car why do you get paid? And how pays you? When I shoot a person and there is a cop next to me or driving by, he will attempts to get me bust. Why when people shoot at me nothing happens? This is very annoying and unfair. The game is also slow. I have a Pentium 4, 300 something ram, 1700 GHZ, Gefocre 3, and THX sound system. And it is still slow. The graphic are ok. The character lack details. Sound is ok. Replay is excellent, if you don't mind the flaw. This game could have been better but isn't. I am disappointed about the game a lot. I hope that Vice City on PC will be a lot better.
