I must say, this game turned out pretty good ! At first when I started playing it, I only ran/drove around killing random people, and just wrecking havoc. This started to seem pretty repetitive, and I thought the game wouldn't last much longer.
Then I started playing the missions, and the game is just awesome. The controls are good, except for the targeting system, and the game never lags, there is some pop-up though.
