after having spent a good 1000-2000 good hours on this game, I would have to say that this, is simply the best game I have ever played, bar none, while the graphics may be old and jagged, the actual Gameplay is nothing short of Perfect. I knew I would love this game within 5 minutes of playing it. Allow me to describe these first 5 minutes, I walked up to a car (a cab i beleive) and stole it, I then backed into a cop, who immediately got out of his car and ran at me. By this point i had taken off, I did a 180, came around and flattened the cop. afterwards 2-3 more cop cars came around the corner and forced me to barrel my car into the side of one, I then got out of my car and picked up the gun that the first cop had lost. I sprayed bullets here and there, and then got ran over.
