This game has been dubbed DMC Tactics by many people. This is partly true. Knowing when to use your legions and which ones to use takes strategy and some planning. On the other hand, your character is a slow, bland, one combo using piece of crap. If you have played Devil May Cry, do not expect a Dante-style badass.
The graphics are very good in this game, but every level and enemy looks the same. So, the graphics are a double-edged sword. The are good, but sport a rather bland world. Not a good combination if you ask me.
The sound is a compilation of gothic instrumentals and slashes of a sword. While not bad, it does wear on my nerves slightly. And the sword slahing, you will do a lot of it, so be prepared to hear nothing but "swish", "slash", "woosh", and the like.
The controls are probably the one good thing about this game that stays good throughout the experience. They are spot on and layed out very well, making it easily-accessable for people new to the game.
