This is an absolutely wonderful, outstanding game to play and enjoy very much. But it will get a little boring after a while but still a great game! lol. Well, anyways, GTA III was such a big hit that this one was even bigger and with the new additions and all.
It may not be as violent as part III (atleast IMO it wasnt) but it is still a very violent game. And it has a lot of things that any other game has never done before. You are able to go anywhere throught Vice City and I mean anywhere with any vehicles they give you. And they are more better then the last GTA. There are motorcycles which are very great and fun to drive, you are able to fly a chopper, buy whatever you want that is for sell, you can fly an airplane, drive boats, have the military chase you, as well as the fuzz, and they can be chasing someone else to so that was neat. And there are a lot of missions to do with a sweet amount of money at the end. There are a lot of cool weapons to choose from, from grenades to flamethrowers its all there. The targeting system is a lot better and easier to shoot people. This is all that makes this game very fun to play.
The graphics are a lot more enhanced except for the character models IMO they are kind of blocky but everything else is sweet! The cars are beautifully done, nice crisp clean graphics! Especially the water. This is one of the easiest games to pick up and play and makes the game alot more fun IMO.
And you gotta love the music, there are new stations, back in the 80's, so that was real great and its fun when you kill a person and you hear them screaming in pain :-).
Overall, I highly recommend this game to every PS2 owner, you definitly don't want to miss out.
