mmh well for all who know the 'good old' rpgs ... its the right one.
I am thinking of 'dungeon master', 'bards tale', 'amberstar' etc.
it does not have all the nifty effects of 'final fantasy', 'dungeon siege' or the depth of 'morrowind' and alike, it is focused on the basic stuff like hack'n'slay, upleveling, discovering.
What I do miss is all the attributes you had in 'wizardry: bane of the cosmic forge' ... whenever your crew gets a new level you have no impact on the attributes which change ... so its not a real 'wizardry' but more a dungeon-master ++ ... but it is afaik not a bad think for a game to be compared to dungeon-master ;)
I give a 8 to it, because I do not like those story-driven modern rpgs soo much. In many games the player has to read and read and read ... and does not realy _play_ ... this on is different BECAUSE it is more basic. Just play and thats it.
