Great game but most of gta3's issues have unfortunately not been resolved.
Walking and fighting in narrow corridors was really hard in gta3 due to camera issues. The new targeting feature makes it a little easier to target if you are far enough away, but fighting in close quarters is still something to rather avoid.
You can bail cars now while driving, but still can't bail them while they're not exactly 'right side up', so don't tip a car anywhere near water!
Basically still stay as far away from water as possible as you still can't swim and still manage to drown instantly even in shallow ditches.
And the most disappointing fact from gta3 is also still there, you make a mess with the police, turn 180 degrees to see what damage you caused and everything is cleared up again. Same as when you pass a nice car, turn around and the traffic has already been reset.
Other traffic still doesn't signal when they turn at crossings. And they do it at speeds that would give the occupants of the car a serious concussion banging their heads of the side window. Causing you to crash totally unexpected if you happen to be near these crazy drivers.
It would also have been nice if you could skip mission briefings before it loads them and then has to reload the game. Just adds a little frustration if you have to replay the same mission over and over till you get it right.
Still this game deserves a solid 8. Not as exciting as when GTA3 came out, but still the same great fun with a few nice additions.
