How do you say that Vice City is a masterpeice without mentioning the excellent music? Ahh, that's right, you can't, because this game packs more than 80 tunes of the best decade ever. You could literally jack a car, drive off into the grass and tune in to your favorite station and leave it there fo hours. While the thrill of being a public enemy is gone from playing months of GTA III, there are plenty of missions in a massive city that could eat even more of your life away. I still think GTA III is a better game, but Vice City would definitely be No. 2 ont top PS2 games of all time.
