this is really a great game and the one that hasn't played GTA3 must get this game.  I have given it i nine becaouse it hasn't evolved sins the last game, that was greate i may add.  it had everything and this have everyting again and a bit more.  but it's just new guns and that you can fly a helecopter and some new cars.  thats a bit boring i think but it's the greates game out there.
