I picked this game up one day yearning to play a game reminiscent of Shining force. That's what i got. A similar game, but no where near as good.
Brigandine is an entry into the strategy role playing genre. It does a good job of presenting itself graphically, and the battles can be fun and intense.
This game features something sort of like a class system. As you gain experience for your troops, you can change them into different units, thus making them more effective, or just more specialized.
Brigandine is a great way to kill some time. It doesn't have the best of story, and it isn't the best in the genre, but it's definitely fun, and would make a fine entry into any role-players library.
