Final Fantasy VII is an excellent game. Great presentation, great graphics, fun gameplay, and the materia system is very original. The story is a little lacking at times, but that's really all that keeps me from giving this game a 10. I just didn't like some of the characters. Barrett especially.
The story has become very cliched now. Boy loses memory, boy joins faction, boy saves world while finding love interests. Not exactly mind boggling stuff huh? But it's still fun to go through time and time again. I just don't know what draws me to this game like that.
Considering that so many reviews have been written for this game, there really isn't much i need to say. This is just a great game, and i really don't think there's anyone who hasn't played it. But hey, if this review reaches you, and you haven't touched this game, go out and buy it!
