The comparisons to Golden Sun are inevitable in this game.
The engine is a little less developed than Golden Sun, BUT, there is quite a bit more gametime and you may feel like you got more bang for your buck.
If you've played the original, then this port may not add a whole lot new for you.
Gameplay itself is very similar to Golden Sun (identical in many ways), but the story doesn't have nearly as much character.
Still, if you are looking for a good GBA RPG then I would not hesitate to recommend Breath of Fire.
