MOO looks to me to be a up and coming shining star for next year(yes, it was bumped back about 20 times). The sheer level of detail but not only for graphics but also for gameplay. Spys, star lanes, Orion Senate, dipolmacy, and sheer destruction is what seems to be the main theme of the game.
MOO is classy not only in the visuals but also the audio section. They developers promise to have different music and sound effects for each race. Now that's enoguh to make me drool.
