This is just the Nintendo 64 version with some snazzy add-ons. If you played it before and spent a lot of time, you won't find anything exciting. Given it's a launch title, that's ok, but I grew bored quickly.
The link up games are ok but you get bored quickly with only four (4) games to play, you wish that there was more to it.
However, if you never played Mario 64, then it's a must buy. If you have, then rent it for a weekend and that should suffice.
