There's a thing in Sim City games that I have never quite understood, I raise taxes, build horrible half-built houses, forget to put police, firemen, hospitals or schools, don't give them water, and somehow, they fill that city, while the 3% tax all-services included (and that's tons of them, because somehow, with schools at the top of their budget and with about 20 students in the 2500 capacity, there aren't enough schools) is empty and people want to get out.

So, after trying to build really cool cities, I went for the cheaper option of just building without water, with huge electric problems and without any service, and somehow, my population kept on going up, no matter what I did, no matter how ugly I tried to make it, more and more people kept flocking in.

So, I'm not an expert in cities, I don't even know how to build a building, but I know I don't think that's logical, so I'm giving it a not-so-realistic award.

The graphics are amazing, once they load, I don't know why, but graphics just couldn't be loaded in my GeForce 4 Ti4600, every time I zoomed in or zoomed out I had to see some strange blocks while the graphics for the buildings were being loaded.

The sound is soothing, an excellent choice for a game you'll have to pass hours in if you want your city to grow above the 10,000 people mark.  And if you want it to grow right you'll have to spend much more time.

Gameplay is quite improved, I'm not sure if Sim City 3000 had the shortcut keys (and I won't reinstall it to investigate) but I can tell that shortkeys are a great improvement and once you learn the most imoprtant ones, you'll never go back to the control bars.  The other improvement is the ability to move your sims to your city, this sounds great, but it sucks.  Your sims will tell you something like: "Howdy Ho, I'm moving", "Howdy Ho, I'm going to work" or "Howdy Ho, I'm walking", stuff that's completely useless and most of the time, they will tell it a dozen times, filling the windows were you could be seeing some important information.  Lastly, I have a very powerful computer, and somehow, the game is slow most of the time, there are times when it's so slow I just prefer playing something else, and I just don't want to think about it in slower computers.

The game is fun, but it won't last long, most of the times, your new city will be just like the last one, I found myself making huge cities just to raise the nationwide population, and each city looked just like the last one, and eventually that turns too repetitive and boring.
