Well this could be the game that redefined video games. Mario was perfectly brought to a 3-D system with out any flaws. This is definitly one to own for the 64.
In old school fashion Mario is trying to save the princess from the evil King Koopa. Play control is great, for the first time Mario can move in any direction and do a whole lot of new moves such as the wall kick.
The levels are great as well. Not too small or too large with a bunch of different objectives to do. That was one thing I liked a lot if I was stuck on a certain level I would just hop on over to another one and get a couple stars on that one and then go back and try. This way I never got bored.
To beat the game you didn't have to collect all 120 stars so there was always a replay factor. You could go back and completly beat the game and get a little added bonus at the end. If you don't have this one it is one to go and buy right now.
