NCAA Football 2004 is the complete package. You get a near perfect game from last year with the improvements this game needed to dominate the competition. This year I loved the bonuses from last year. The SI issues every week( but a little bit unrealistic since college football does not get the SI cover every week), theonline mode is great, they added better commentary from the already great commentary. EA and Turbion used the "if it ain't broke, dont fix it" attitude and managed not to fix the game, but add more goodies to the game. If you haven't checked out this masterpiece yet, what are you waiting for? I give it a perfect 10.
