Disgaea is a Strategy/RPG. It's about time we saw another one of these, it's been awhile. Disgaea will put RPG fanatics in complete heaven, I promise that. Disgaea is also a very humorous game in terms of story.
The Graphics are like a mixture of 2D and 3D. It's pretty hard to explain, but you have cartoonish characters that move as if they are in a 3D environment. This game overall has a cute look to it.
The gameplay is the main reason why this game is very good. The gamer takes control of building an army and training them. This army will aid you in going through various missions that are divided into chapters. There are many different characters that you can create to build up your army. There are infinate spots you can fill and they can be upgraded to level 1,000. This type of game promots tons of replay value.
The story is told through some humorous cut-scenes that will make the gamer laugh uncontrollably.
Disgaea overall is a solid game that RPG fans must add to their collection.
