Megaman Legends is the most underrated game of all time. Its alot like the Ocarina of time and i actually think its just as good because of its cool graphics, dumb but strangely compelling elevator music for the towns,a great story(for a Megaman game), cool sidequests and fun dungeons, with great bosses at the end of them.
Graphics 8
I really like these graphics. Noone ever comments on these being cel shaded but i swear the graphics in Megaman Legends are as cel shaded as they come. They look like 2d cartoony characters in 3d. I dont know, but whatever they are they look pretty good, i like the character designs alot and the bosses are big and good looking. Fine looking game, some blockiness and stuff but its nothing.
Sound 10
The voice acting is perfect. Megaman's voice is perfect for him, Roll has a good voice, gramps is very funny and well done. The music as mentioned above is elevator like stuff but it fits pretty well and isnt as lame as youd think. The music in the mall is just like the kind of stuff you would hear in the mall. The sound effects are good too. Its all great sound.
Gameplay 9
Its all perfect except for that crappy camera. I know some people who quit playing just because the camera was so annoying. I did not find it that bad but it did need some work. The gameplay still shines with fun and easy shooting and jumping with well designed dungeons and puzzles. Some of the boss fights are insanely well designed and fun. There are many things to do in Legends for fun. Many townspeople have things going on for you to do and there are many inventions to find and upgrade.
Incredibly fun gameplay.

I really like all the characters alot. Sure the overall plot is pretty retarded but the characters are really cool and charming. I like this game alot

There are alot of sidequests and a hard mode and a easy mode and its fun enough for multiple playthroughs on its own.

This is the most underrated game EVER. I love Megaman Legends and i have no clue how not many other people do.
