This game has a strong D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) feel to it.  I've never seen a game quite like it.  I enjoy the more classic 2D style mapping, as well as the characters, art, quests, and almost every other aspect of the game.  This is, however,...    [ Read The Full Review... ]

I am thinking of 'dungeon master', 'bards tale', 'amberstar' etc.

it does not have all the nifty effects of 'final fantasy', 'dungeon siege' or the depth of...    [ Read The Full Review... ]

The Wizardry name holds a hallowed place in RPG history.  There have been over 15 releases between the U.S.  and Japan bearing the Wizardry name, starting on the Apple II and spreading to consoles and portables.  However, the U.S.  has been without...    [ Read The Full Review... ]

Wizardry is perfect for remembering the good-ol days.  Not much movement just pictures.  To boring for me.  I played it for about an 1hr and had enough.  The best way to desribe this game is Old School, but if I wanted to play an old school RPG game...    [ Read The Full Review... ]

It's not just nostalgia that makes this game good; it's just plain good on its own terms.  The writing is deliberately goofy, but the plot really picks up towards the end.  The battles are fun, if a bit repetitive, but Wizardry's realy...    [ Read The Full Review... ]

I have to say I was dissapointed in this title.  I love the wizardry series, but on the PS2 it is just flat and lame.  It may be worthy of 1 time through, but I found it No so satisfying and Wizardey is one of my all time Fave Classic...    [ Read The Full Review... ]

This game is absolute average.  It is more apparent to Shining Darkness on Genesis, in it's style.  The problem is that this is a PS2!  2d characters are speaking to you in a beautiful slide show and so are the interior of every...    [ Read The Full Review... ]
