The gameplay is excellent. Strategy is what this game is about. You move troops and artillery to defend or attack. The enemy ties to prevent success. The field changes due to environmental effects (by you or your opponents). The player doesn't battle, but rather command the army. Each unit exists until its hitpoints are depleted. It is very fun and addicting. The missions play out differently each time so you can replay them over and over. Multiplayer is another plus. The battles can become heated and are even more fun then single player battles.
This game looks really good. The quality of the graphics can be compared to those of the SNES. The sprites are all very nice and due to the small screen, they look sharp. The graphics are colorful but the screen does seem a bit dark at times.
The game sounds good as well. The sound effects are all clear and never off sync. The sound effects do sound pretty accurate. The music is just there but you won't really notice it. The tunes are very simple but catchy.
