The game plays just like GTA3 with a keyboard and mouse or a control pad. But playing with a keyboard and mouse proved to be rather difficult at times. Using a control pad is better. The game offers a much larger city this time around and more of everything. There are a wider range of missions but a lot of them feel like rehashes of previous missions. The AI isn't the best and there are some areas that need some tweaking. The game doesn't offer as many new things and loses the fun factor quickly. The game is pretty long. And also offers tons of things to do, so it offers a lot of replay.
The game uses all of my system resources and still runs very poorly. My system exceeds all the recommended specifications. The graphics are pretty good at stand still, but if you start moving everything becomes extremely choppy and slowdown is very bad. The sound is better then the graphics though (using 4.1 speakers). There is a large variety of music but it's from the 80s so not many younger players will take interest.
Final words: A good game but needs some tweaking. Also could have been more fun.
