battlefield 1942 is an awsome game to say the least cool graphics awsome single player and a truly authentic ww2 experience if you enjoy war games get this this is the best out there the best part of this game is the multiplayer mode without a doubt next to starcraft in my opinion the best online strategy out there the one problem with the multiplayer is if you have a 56k modem do not bother with the multiplayer mode it goes way to slow and there are tons of times in almost every game where it will say warning connection problems detected it is more trouble than its worth but once i got a cable modem it was perfect but the game is still worth getting for the one-player mode for those who have 56k or worse god forbid.
