Personally this is my favorite game of all time.the game features some of the best music of any game to date.This is easily squaresoft(square-enix's) best work.This was an awesome sequal to chrono trigger.The grafics are just eye-popping.Especially some of the cg cinemas, just beautiful.The battle system is one of a kind and its great.t makes the game so its not east but also, so its not too hard at the same time.
Also the boss battles arejust great it features it so that the bosses never overpower you easilyt and if they do you can still comeback.But if you take them to lightly they can win.The game features some great ideas, (spoiler) such as the fight with FATE when you casts spells and attcks arrocding to the numbers.Also the spell casting system is a dream come true, the idea of the color field is genius.Also the summons, that(spoiler) you can only summon them if the field effect is the summon's color, and to cast it you have to be the inniate color, of the summon.It also features some great charecters, such as my fav Grobyc.I definetly giv it a 10 out of 10 for that stuff.Now to the story, whihc is just great some would say that its not as good as chrono trigger's but infact it is because chrono trigger's story didnt make sense, only veterans of chrono cross know why chrono cross was made.So for the originality and stuff its great also the main ending(spoiler)which can only be achieved by using the chrono cross elment properly easily shows signs of a sequal(whihc is supposed to be called chrono break), its also an awesome ending.
