Never before has a college football video game played so fun or looked so good. NCAA Football 07 for the Xbox 360 offers fluid animations, lively stadiums, tight and responsive gameplay, huge playbooks, and impressive graphics. Any college football fan with an Xbox 360 should definitely buy this game.
It sports a rich Dynasty mode with slicker menu layouts and easier accessibility. Just about all facets of the college game are included, from in-season recruiting to customizable schedules. NCAA Football has retained ESPN-branded features are integrated into the online functionality of the game. A sports ticker allows you to keep track of current news and scores. Cliff-hanging battles can be saved as ESPN Instant Classics; while an NCAA photo album lets you capture your top moments and share them with fellow gamers.
Like a golf shot or a basketball free throw in recent EA sports games, punting and kicking are now performed with the right analog stick: pull back to initiate the animation and then push forward in accordance with the on-screen meter. The angle that's made when pushing up on the stick dictates the angle the ball will travel. Execution isn't the only factor, however, as timing is also very important. Waiting too long to push the stick may result in a blocked punt or a botched field goal.

While Madden NFL 06 felt like a 70% completed game, NCAA 07 feels like a 90% completed game. Maybe EA Sports needs to attend Next Generation University. The 360 version of NCAA Football, much like most of EA Sports' next-gen titles, lacks not in what it includes but what it excludes. Cutaways mostly consist on the field of play. Replays of big scores are tucked into a small window between plays, unless connected to a shift in momentum. Celebrations, particularly after touchdowns, are seldom. Fun elements like mascots, cheerleaders and crazed fans are toned down considerably. All create-your-own options have been expelled. The engaging Race for the Heisman mode, in which you can create a player and set a course toward collegiate glory, is also out. In its place are a series of mini-games which are fun and entertaining.

To earn achievement points for NCAA Football 07, you have to play on varsity or higher difficulty level and use the default settings for user, especially AI. Just put the game in and play!
