Well, playing GTA Vice City on the Pc is better then playing in a PS2. the aiming is much better plus the graphics are slightly better too.
This game is really cool, you get carry weapons running around the streets of Vice City. In GTA:VC you get to do almost anything you want in the game like kill people walking down the streets and even stealing their cars.
Graphics:
I must say, it's amazing on the PC then on the PS2, that's in my opinion. The cars looks SO real.
Sound:
Character's voice, songs and etc... Simply great. Especially the radio's music.
Gameplay:
Going through the whole story will bring more interest in playing it.
