Grandia 2 is a great Playstation 2 game, but it has numerous flaws that can make gameplay tedious unless you are a RPG fan. Terrible graphics and sound effects combine with occasionally poor gameplay mean that Grandia 2 often gets extremely...

GrandiaII is a good RPG with a great battle system. Being able to time your attacks to counter enemies attacks lets you bring a whole new level of strategy to a RPG. Makes it seem a whole lot less 'turn based'.
What I didn't like...

When I picked up Grandia II, I wasn't sure what to expect. I played it on Dreamcast, and I was expecting a LITTLE different on the PS2. But it's about the same, with a few things added. Here is what I i think
Gameplay- 8/10- The...

Grandia II is a good RPG but with a few mistakes. The Story and the Battle System are excellent. I like the voices of the characters and the plot of the history. The Battle System is fun, I like to battle only to see combos and the magic...

This game is actually pretty cool. It has kept me interested for a while now. I am about half way through the game and haven't died once! In the begining of the game it is a little difficult to get some money but then when you really start to...

One of the first and better RPGs featured on the PS2 as this game offers a more inventive battlesystem that actually makes a random battle enjoyable rather than a hassle.
You start off as a young man, Ryudo who is a Geohound, and he is...

I picked up this game for two reasons. One: A friend of mine told me it was a good game and I played the Dreamcast version for a short period of time. Two: It was cheap. Honestly I am glad that I didn't spend too much money on this game. This...

I'm not a big fan of RPGs, and I don't think I've ever even completed one other than Grandia 2. Something about this game grabbed me and wouldn't let go.
The battle system is very well-designed, no random encounters to slow you...

This is an excellent RPG, even though it's not one of the best. The game play is surprisingly fun, but getting the secondary battles to level up is a slow process. The music is lousy and dull to where most of the time I preferred playing it on...

I must say that this was one enjoyable RPG! with a serious lack of quality RPG's on the PS2 at this point of time it is refreshing to see something of some substance break thru..
Having played Grandia on the PSX it was quite useful to...
