Everything that was good in Front Mission 3, and many steps beyond.
One of the things I did not like about FM3 was the randomness of the skills the characters received (based on what wanzer/mech parts they were using).
Now the skill set for your characters is totally customizable. You can train your pilots with the exact skills and skillsets you wish.
Animation and gameplay are much improved over the previous PS1 installment as well.
All the weapons are extremely balanced now and the shotgun no longer "rules the roost"
I can hardly wait til Front Mission Online becomes a possibility in the distant future!
