GOOD:
Everything we love about GTA3, but more of it, including more cars and more weapons; the storyline is a great mob epic brought to life by good writing and top-notch voice acting; lots of references to Scarface and other great movies; missions are more diverse and interesting; better graphics than GTA3, and yet it runs better; the added map feature is a helpful addition; great 80s theme.
BAD:
The 0.0000000000000000000001% chance that the game will turn you into an anti-social racist psychopathic killer; some really really unnecessarily hard missions.
