Star Ocean has a lot of ups and downs in the good and bad of it.
Visually, it is pretty behind. It is very anime, which I liked a lot, but during cut scenes, when the characters talk, there are a lot of pauses between, and their facial...

Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is a game full of ups and downs.
Most RPGs seem to either be mediocre, great, or decent but one key thing about it made you love it. Star Ocean doesn't really have any of that going for you.

This is an example of how RPG's should be. I could very well say that this is easily one of Square-Enix's best video games to date. With an immersing storyline and easily-loved characters, Star Ocean III is a game to live up to.

Star Ocean, Till the End of Time. I bought it by accident and found myself emersed in the story line before I could return it.
It starts a little slow, but if you pay attention and just keep goeing along, pretty soon, things start...

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Star Ocean, but was I ever pleasantly surprised.
The biggest draw of the game is definitely the battle system. The battles are fun, fast, strategic and action packed, and the difficulty level...

Another RPG on the Playstation 2, my first impression wasn't a good one, but i still had the need to play it.
Thinking about the battles, this was a great choice, i've never seen anything like it. In fact at some moments the battles...

I love RPGs and that means I will love Star Ocean. Supposedly, this is the 3rd Series to the Star Ocean games. And I already got into this game when I got home. The battling screen may take a few minutes to understand but when you do, the fun...

This is a great game! I really like the battle system. It is creative and just plain fun. The graphics are pretty good also. Don't get this game if you don't like cut scenes there are tons! The sound is good but some of the acting is below...

It takes a special kind of person to really appreciate and enjoy a long deep RPG , you need a good imagination, a love of the, shall we say, more "cerebral" areas of videogaming and more importantly a tolerance for certain aspects of game design...

Square-Enix revived it's Star Ocean franchise after a few years on hibernating(I believed it would end up like XenoGears going to Namco)As they always do,Square did an unbeliveable job on the games graphics and design.Controls weren't the best,but...

The game has no balance in terms of monster strenght. It doesn't take account of your strenght and that's pretty bad by itself. So, most of the time you only fight certain monsters, to get to the boss, who you defeat without having to fight the...

While Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is not the worst game this year in the RPG genre, it's certainly not one of the best. Unless one is really starving for RPGs, consider picking up Tales of Symphonia or Shadow Hearts: Convenant instead, as...

Star Ocean is, by all means, a fantastic Square Enix game. It features many elements that previous Square games have had, including the lengthy story, interesting characters, astounding visuals and music, and an overall great...

Aside from some issues with the AI in battle, which makes you have to level-up more than most RPGs have you do. Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is a great title that many RPG fans should pick up and try. It may not be for those who are strictly...

Well this game was just like a expected. The same ole formate and what not. You run around battle monsters and unfold the "dramatic" story. That is all good and stuff but RPG games need something more. This game was great, loved playing it and...

I started importing games this year. and while the First one was Final Fantasy X2 which disappointed me with a weakened story and poor gameplay I had high hopes for Star Ocean 3. Getting it home I started it up and played a bit. The begining...

All right, folks. I, being lucky enough to live a scant 45 minutes by public transport from Den-den Town in Osaka, did go to the Star Ocean III exhibition in front of the Sofmap. I got giggly at seeing the fellows in their nice little white Enix...
