Though the song list is not quite as strong across the board, this game still delivers tons of fun. I really like some of the improvements made, like the improved 2-player play, and ESPECIALLY the practice mode. This will be a must to tackle some of the harder songs on the higher difficulty settings, but it's also enjoyable taking a real musician's approach to learning a song (rather than frantically learning it on the fly). The songs are definitely harder this time around too.
As always, I recommend getting the guitar along with the game. If you're a fan of the first one, you should definitely buy this without a second thought.
