I started playing the game years after it came out. The first challenge is the hardest. I couldn't get past the first goal until a couple of tries. That meat cleaving monster was the hardest to overcome. Rather strange that they'd have so strong a monster at the start of the game. Just don't get discouraged if you don't beat him at the first try.
Also, there are some cool tricks you can do like duplicating items and money. Definitely a great game from Blizzard Entertainment.
